不知道为什么觉的最近变得好空虚。。
很害怕这种感觉。。
虽然两个人在一起但是又觉得好遥远。。
是不是因为这半年里我变得贪心，要求高，也比较不容易满足了呢？
我也发现了原来两个人在一起是不可能平平淡淡的过的。。
平淡久了，感情也就会变淡了。。做人还是别太天真的好。。
偶尔来点小惊喜有多好啊。。
或是来个突发奇想的冲动来个约会其实真的很不错哦！
就先别管第二天早上还要早起工作。。
也许是因为腻了在安排着接下来要做什么的这程序吧。。

最近无聊就联络上了位老朋友。
也不知到怎么会聊到了往事。。
在这时候才发现了彼此在四年前都没说出的秘密。。
但现在都不重要了。。
可是为什么却还在我脑袋里一直转着呢？
如果在那四年前我们都发现了那没说出的秘密是不是现在也变得不一样了？
我想这应该就是叫缘份吧。。

每一年又期待又害怕的日子又到了。。
再过几个小时就是本小姐成为法律上的大人了。。
是我自己要求得太高把。。
一直以来都很喜欢过得很高调的我。
每次希望很多却得到很少，不然就是得到的并不是我想要的。
好像记忆里没跟父母过生日过。。
小学都是父母买蛋糕让我在学校和同学过。。
中学都是好姐妹为我庆生。
2007那年姐姐请了我去吃日本餐还买了蛋糕本来想去DangaBay 等父母来吹蜡烛结果他们还是没来。。
蛋糕放到了第二天才跟亲戚吃饭顺便吹一吹。。
2008接近中秋节到了最后一分钟哥哥买了机票让我和嫂嫂回JB。因为那时父母要回居鸾喝喜酒所以就叫舅舅定了蛋糕和阿姨他们过中秋也顺便过我生日。就他们喝完喜酒就来载我们回家。。
2009开始每一年的生日都是碰到大考。。真是讨厌UTAR！第一年想到说有男朋友帮我渡过结果我自己脾气也很不好。知道他应该不会来找我，一气之下考完试马上冲去车站买票回JB。结果那天也是和他在一起后第一次吵架。
2010有他给我的小小惊喜。安排了一整天的活动。又简单也感觉到他的用心。谢谢你给我的幸福和快乐。。
今年本来说心屋赶的到的话会有个house warming+中秋+21岁生日。
但到现在也还没开始装修。。
所以爸妈说是般去过我哥和小侄儿的生日。。 =（
我姐都有办她18岁生日party，我哥也有办21岁生日。为什么我却没有？ T.T
就算有我也觉得太可怜了。。
JB 没几个朋友了。。
KL 的都在忙考试或什么的。。
最不一样的是今年也还蛮“幸运”的。。昨天生病了。。也拿了两天病假！哈哈！所以明天不用上班。。
但是一个人显得自己更寂寞。。哭~

但是今年过得也算不差。。
有了几样蛮贵的礼物

本来是要买个coach wristlet 但是买到的不是我要的。

我知道很多人都会觉得我很不会自足。。
但是比起其他很多人我想我也很幸福了吧？
从小到大我都是拥有最好的。
小学6年读私人国际学校。出来工作才知道很多人都会因为我语言关系都勾通的很好也很放心让我办事。
中学也读了JB数一数二的名校。当别人问起都会哇哇叫。。但是我成绩并没有名校生那么好。。只是一般而已。
大学父母让我读了这一科，我相信是能让我过好未来生活的。再怎么苦我都是可以因为追求自己的目标！
我从小就得到比别人多一些些。。
但也少了别人的一些。。

我知道爸爸妈妈都抱着很大的希望在我身上。。。
在我公公孙子里面我是第一个读大学，在外婆家也一样。。
成绩也算是比较可以看的一个。。
爸爸是很好的爸爸！他很少会骂人。。
他虽然有时会念念人，但念完后他还是会做我要求的东西。。
妈妈就真的太会念了。。不要再念啦~虽然我知道都是为大家好。但是我自己也会想了啊。。
姐姐也是很疼爱我。。我要什么她几乎都买给我。。就像名牌包包或漂亮的衣服等等。。
我的用的穿的全都是她买给我。。
旅行也都是她请我出国。。去了韩国，香港和澳门。。
哥哥从小也算是疼我。。以前都把最好的都给我。。
当我作错事他不骂我。。只是把我讲醒。
等到他结婚后也不怎么能疼我了。。
但偶尔也会打来问问后。。
现在住在同一间家有时一星期都碰不到面，也没说到话。哈哈！
男朋友也是很爱我。我要去哪里他都会载我去。我要吃什么他都会陪我吃。结果在一起后也肥了最少有7/8kg 吧？哈哈！
他算是最了解我的人。。我没说他也知道我要什么。唯一不知道的就是我是个不容易满足的女人。哈哈哈！

我身边也有很多我很要好的朋友。
他们陪我度过了很多风风雨雨。开心或不开心的事。
小学最要好的lee hong，kailyn， ellen
中学最要好的姐妹 ling，xian，le，ting，mimi 还是有ellen！因为父母也是好朋友关系所以非常要好。。

我知道她们会是我这辈子不会忘记的最要好的朋友。。因为我脾气有时会很不好她们人也很好都不会怪我。。哈哈！

快不快乐是靠着自己去怎么想。对吧？
很快的我还是长大了。。
但是我却不想度过明天行吗？
我真的很怕很怕的失望。。。

最近我的人生就相在游乐园里坐过山车。。
开心的时候我却非常的开心。。
难过的时候很想把整颗心给挖出来。。。等心情收拾好了再放回去。。。
我。。。已经不再为我自己觉得重不重要了。。。
毕竟这样子没人会开心。。。
当不开心的时候，什么事都做的出。。
我的限制又是什么我也无法想象。。

当两个人选择了要在一起就是选择了要和另外一半度过每一个美好的时光和每一个难关。。
当两个人享受在美好时光里，会有一重甜甜的感觉。。
那感觉实在的，难以形容。
就还想时间就那么的暂停。。
但是现实是残酷的。。
过了美好时光后往往都会有让人讨厌的难关。。
每当觉得已快撑不下的时候想起甜蜜的日子，爱他的点点滴滴真让人不舍得的放下。。
每当想起所有许过的承诺就有了勇气和决心在走下去。。
因为知道那是值得的。。
我不知道别人是怎么想，但我就是这样想。。

别轻易的说放手因为你觉得可能这是最好的了结。。
那放手后的心情真的是你想要的吗？
我想坦白的说我一点都不知道我会怎么样。。
因为我付出了这么多，换来的是这样的结果。。
我不敢想。。
你们真好。。能潇洒的说放弃就放弃。。
但是却看不到被插过的那道疤痕有多深。。

Macau - 4th day First Part

The 4th day of our trip is going to start the journey to Macau...
We woke up early to go to the market to buy peach...
Because the peach there is big and round and sweet and cheap!

The pork bao... Very nice... Because have vege in it... But a bit salty la...RM1 each...

Then we walked to Macau by foot...
It's very crowded as well in both the immigartion...
We spent almost 2hours for queuing in the immigartions

Then we took a cab to the Venus hotel, which is 1 of my sis's colleague accommodation there for a night...

Then we walked towards the crowd to settle our lunch...
We didn't know it's the most famous Macau pork bun stall that everyone had mentioned...
I can just say that we were really lucky...
And also by the time we reached, the bun had just ready for sell...

And also fishball noodle... I realized in Macau you can find fishball everywhere! Haha...

We were just a minute earlier... The next minute people had to queue so long to get the bun... Damn lucky! =D

Why is the street in Macau so beautiful and clean one? Can't even compare to Malaysia... Aiks...

After lunch we went back to Venus Hotel to get back our luggage and head towards Hard Rock Cafe Hotel to check in...

Zhu Hai - 3rd Day

We woke up very early that day because we don't want to be stuck in between crowded again like the other days...
We had our breakfast at Mong Kok before take MTR...

My sis's wantan mee... 2 prawns in a wantan....

My Cheng Du Noodle... Like it very much...

After breakfast,we took MTR to Tsim Sa Tsui...
There's a ferry terminal there for us to take ferry to Zhu Hai...

On the way to the ferry terminal, many branded shops around...

Then we took 1 hour ferry to Zhu Hai...
After we alight, we took a cab to the Jin Ye Hotel...
It's a 3 star hotel...
So, everything is just common, nothing special...
But of course nicer than the 1 we stayed in Hong Kong...
Haha...

After we drop our luggage, then we went around the hotel to look for a tourism center...
Cause we planned to join a half day trip...
So, after lunch, we had our half day trip began...

They brought us to another terminal which to have a round trip to view at Macau scenery...
We didn't join them because we are going in to Macau the next day...
So we just stayed there and wait the other group member to be back...

From Zhu Hai, we can see Lisboa Hotel...

After that, we are supposed to have a very fun journey, but things happened...
Traffic jam is one thing, but the bus involved in a minor accident...
So, our time is wasted to wait for the police traffic to come settle...
And, the sun set very early because it's going to Autumn by the time...

After that we went to a hill to see the view of Zhu Hai...
However, by the time we went there the sky turns very dark...

But you can choose to take the slide car down the hill in 40s... Me and my sis didn't want to risk our life because the sky is very very dark and the bushes around is not a joke...

We ordered a set meal for 2 person and another plate of fried rice for 1 person and another grill fish set meal for 1 person too...
3 of us almost finished up everything...
Really bloated enough...
And guess how much is the bill??
Less than RM40...
Unbelievable the price in hotel can be so cheap...

QS Y2 T1 final exam result

Last Thursday morning I smsed bei and told him the result most probably will be released today or tomorrow...
Then afternoon i got a reply: Congratulation bei you got 2.9375...
At that moment I was hang for 2 or 3 seconds...
Mind totally blank...
Then the next second I get so fed up...
Why not 3.0 and above?
Aiks...
Another disappointed thing...

I'm very open minded and I'm not afraid others to know my result

But I'm pretty surprised for few subjects also...
Never expected QA to get B+ because I have A LOT question did not finished and I forgotten EVERYTHING theory and formulae once I flipped my examination paper in the examination hall...
All I can say is I'm very lucky...
Thank you God...
I'm also very surprised to see an A- in my result slip because this is the subject which i revise less than 5hours where I still play lantern at home and sleep before the examination and headed to examination hall right after I woke up...

Until today, only I realized (Document tell me) my C is the 4 credit hour subject...
I calculated in my office today, if I got a grade higher, B- then I'll have 3.1+ GPA
Even if it's 3 credit hour I get C I'll also be 3.00 and above for my GPA...
But I believe how much effort a person put in and how's the outcome will be...
I should say I should not complain anymore and accept the truth...
And I HAVE to put in more and more effort to achieve my goal!

Hong Kong - 2nd Day

Yes, thanks to Unifi I'm able to upload my photos damn fast...

The 2nd day of our trip, we woke up pretty late...
Cause we were exhausted the previous day...
The morning of the Mong Kok area is not that bad...
Traffic is still acceptable not as imagined...

2 rows of mini buses waiting for passengers... only 1 row is moving on traffic...

After having our breakfast, we took MTR from Mong Kok to Tung Chung station...

I don't know why I like to observe buildings

Our activities in Tung Chung is to visit Ngong Ping 360 and the big buddha on the hill top...
Besides, there's a very large outlet stores, a great place for shoppers...
So we had our time to have a ride of cable car to reach the hill top...
We Q-ed for 1.5hours there...
NEVER EVER go China or district of China during their holidays...
It is the worst traveling experience that you never want to gain...

It is roughly about 35mins...
It's better than taking another ride of cable car....
The time of queue is terrifying...
So we reached Tung Chung again and so we went in to the Citygate Outlet stores...

We spent 30mins there and I had a pair of Nike sport shoes and my sis had a pair of Esprit Jeans...
The price is definitely very much cheaper than Malaysia...
You can get Nike or Adidas sport shoes less than RM100 (maybe due to current currency rate)
So it's a good time to shop in Hong Kong this period...
And because it's changing to Autumn...
So, sales are everywhere!
After we bought our things, we took MTR to Hong Kong station...

Then after dinner we went for a stroll and not in the mood of shopping because we lack of time, and energy!
Cause we've been walking all day long...

It's very short and quite saddening because really not good timing to visit there because it's people everywhere and wasted a lot of time...
My conclusion is, I'll definitely go Hong Kong again!!
Although this is the 2nd time for my visit to Hong Kong...=)

Hong Kong - 1st Day

We woke up not that early because this time we going to drive to Singapore by our own and my aunt will send us to the airport...
The airport is just 15mins away from her house...
However, before we depart from house I checked the time schedule from the internet...
And knew that the flight had delayed...
It is very saddening cause all our itinerary had jumbled up... And our time for our trip had been shortened...

We have still plenty of time in Singapore thus we went in to my aunt house and played with the frog my aunt reared...
It is pretty fun...
When you talk to it, it will reply what you said and you can see the tummy moving or burping...

At home my aunt also cooked "Shark Fin Soup" before us boarding because she scared us to starve on board...
After we checked in Budget Terminal, my aunt brought us to Terminal 1 to buy Bengawan Solo and also had some fruits in the food court before us boarding back to budget terminal...

And yea... Finally we left Singapore...

Upon arrival, we had to take the shuttle train to the main arrival hall for immigration check

After we claimed our luggage we also had to contact my sis friend which is waiting for us in Hong Kong...
Then I realized their public phone to be so high tech as well...

Then we took the Airport Express Train to the city...
It is very similar to ERL...
But never took ERL before...

Then we transit at Hong Kong station to take MTR to Mong Kong
Our accommodation in Hong Kong is a very budget hostel in Mong Kok area...
It is very very convenient because just 2mins walk from the Mong Kok MTR station...
For a double bed with a private toilet it is just 260HKD per night...
You can never find a better deal than this if you don't mind the environment of the hostel...

So we went to sweet dessert shop nearby and had the famous dessert in Hong Kong...

Because we are very full after dinner/supper then we just ordered 2 to taste it...

Have anyone of you tried the Hokkien Mee in Jalan 222, PJ before?
It's just beside the Federal Highway towards KL from Klang...

I went there nearly mid-night and it is still with lots of people...
That day only realize the hokkien mee in kl and JB also different...
Normal hokkien mee we eat in JB is with a little sauce...
But in KL, all hokkien mee is dried one... It's like fried noodle...
But, I still like hokkien mee with some sauce...

This particular stall has pretty attractive menu...
So decided to give it a try...

The stall was also recommended by some TV programme/magazine

Apam balik with cheese and ham... Not that bad though ^.^

A lot of people featured the Jalan 222 Hokkien Mee but I didn't like it very much maybe it's because I still have different taste compare to KL taste...
However, anyone of you like Hokkien Mee can really give it a try... =)

The operating time is from 5pm to 4am
It rest every fortnight of a Friday...
It really serves very very nice Nasi Lemak with very fragrance sambal and crispy fried chicken...

Yes, finally I'm working something related to my studies...
This is also the very first time I work in KL...
This job was introduced by my brother...
And I never had 1 formal interview...
A week before I start work, I just called my employer and ask about my job and all dos and donts...

Very first day of my work start...
I woke up very early because everyone told me that KTM is very crowded and it has very very long waiting time...
But maybe I'm lucky enough...
It's not as crowded as I thought...

The time I reached the platform was quite empty...

Slowly people came in...

And I realized the first day I took cab to LRT station and I reached my office on time!
So the next day I have to get out even earlier!!
Because I can't take cab everyday...
Walked out to the main road to take a bus...

It's very neat and tidy and very quiet and spacious place...
Very good for me to concentrate...

My 20th birthday

Every year my birthday falls during the final examination week in uni...
But this year, UTAR are not that bad...
I had my first paper on da 15th then break until 18th for 2 papers...
So i can relax and enjoy for my birthday! =D
On the 14th night I was chatting and eating with my housemates...
I actually wanted to wait until clock strive 12am...
But I'm tired so I turned in around 11.30pm...
But bei keep delayed reply my message and still telling the plan next day...
But I'm tired waiting for his late reply d...
When I'm half asleep half awake, Syuan came in and ask me weird question...
She wanted to borrow my strings and needles during midnight and during final exam??
Then I went out and took it for her...
Then I turned my head back, she's standing at the kitchen with bei...
Ya, I'm stunned for a second or two...
Cause I thought he was still sms-ing me and planning for the next day and telling me what time he'll come fetch me...

I had finished my exam on Friday..
But my part-time job starts on Monday...

My parents also, brought me to see our new house construction progress because I requested... >.< That day, is a public holiday so all the foreign workers are in holiday... So the site was closed... But we did not obey the rules... We entered to the construction site... Luckily not caught... LOL

We decided to go back to visit Kluang, which is my parent's hometown...
Our main purpose is to buy mooncake!!
By the time we reached Kluang, it's already around 2pm...
So we have to fulfill our stomach before anything...

Yea, I'm back in JB for a week already...
Also realized Jack Son had grown up a lot...
He's not a baby anymore...
He's a child now...

Sometimes, talk to him will really drive you crazy...

Hello!!
How has my study week been??
I don't know how to say...
For the first 2 days, I really don't have any motivation for my studies...
But bei told me, if I couldn't finish my studies, he'll not bring me out on my birthday which is next week...

Oh ya! For my 6 subjects in this semester, all coursework mark stand 40% each...
Except Japanese, we don't know the coursework mark the others 5 already known...
I got 27 for Econs which highest not even 30 out of 40...
Other 4 subjects I scored at least 30...
I'm very surprising too...

BUT the disadvantage of Nokia E5 is it only have 1 camera...
Which meant that the 3G camera is also using the rear camera...
I don't know how to call 3G if the camera is at the back...
Weird invention!

Then it was Samsung Star Wifi which is only RM699... But the camera is just 3.2 MP... And it's giving 4GB memory card...
Then another version is 5MP...
So I asked for them to show me the differences...
So when they are introducing to me, I noticed that it doesn't have 3G features...
So they took another 2 model which have wifi and 3G...
But it is RM999...

My dad asked me to consider properly at that moment...
Aiks...
Once again...
I gave up of buying a new phone...
Argh!!!
I'm so so so disappointed... =(

Korean Garden Club Restaurant At Pantai Lido, JB

Last Saturday night, we decided to go Pantai Lido to have a stroll for the korean restaurant that quite many people mentioned...
It was also been there for quite a long time...
And we found this restaurant just beside the M-suite hotel...

The menu

We ordered the set meal for 4persons...
It includes quite a number of varieties and most of it is for BBQ...
Things included:

The pancake. Taste not bad, but it's too thick... After eat this we have no much space for other dishes... It comes in a round shape which have 4 pieces...

This is the pork rib eye without marinate. And also the gyoza (8 pieces). I don't understand why korean restaurant serve gyoza... I thought it is japanese/chinese food?

They also provide some side dish for free... That day we only have 6 side dishes... And also the salad 2 'bakul' for the BBQ meat...

This is another pork... Marinated one... Pretty nice...

The set also include the Ginseng Chicken Soup. After eating this, we already bloated...

Last but not least, this is the marinated chicken... We didn't even bother to try this because we were too full to fit in this... So ended up, we take away and brought to Ellen's place...

The set meal doesn't include rice, so we ordered 3 rice...
1 rice cost RM3.50
So when we call for bill it came out RM180+
Only the set already cost RM160
I know it's the normal pricing for korean restaurant but... I still think that it's not very worth it in this restaurant...
The food is just ok... Not nice and not terrible...
I bet in Korean town we can get it for cheaper and nicer food..

Blueberry Cheesecake 2

Last week went back to JB and had baked another cheesecake...
I think the last one I update is not clear about the method of baking...
So this is another one...

The ingredients and equipment needed...

Ingredients:
1. Premix cheese flour 500gm
2. Whipping cream 200gm
3. Digestive biscuit
4. Butter
5. Topping as you want
6. 300gm water (300ml)

First, put the digestive biscuit to a blender to crush it. You can use other method but I'm lazy so ya, blender is my choice...

Don't be too greedy to stuff in everything like this... It just make your blender can't turn... Sigh...

Then, when the biscuit was crushed pour it into a big container so that it can be mixed properly with butter

Mix it well untill something like this... Not too dry and not too concentrated...

Then pour everything to the cake mold. Then stress it flat until like above.Put in freezer while mix the batter.

Next, is the batter portion. Mix whipping cream into the premix cheecake flour.

And also 300ml cold water from fridge. Then mix it well with medium speed around 5 mins.

Then take out the crushed biscuit from the freezer and pour in the batter.

Flatten the cake nicely. I know I didn't do a good job. Cause I really don't know how to make it flat.


Then add the topping on it. I chose blueberry. You can try to put some fruits and etc. Then put it in the freezer for 3 hours before serving.

This is how it looks inside. Sorry if it disguise you. I know many people can do better.

Just had fun by baking caking and cookies...
I like compliment from people...
And see their satisfactory smile...
That's enough than anything...
So, I'll bake whenever I have time to do so...

Nong & Jimmy Thai Restaurant at Ampang

Last week we went to Ampang, this Thai restaurant to celebrate Jia Wen's birthday...
It was really crowded on Saturday night...

Can you see it? It was full that night....

We reached there pretty late...
Around 8.30pm...
The guys were starved...
So they ordered this, at the stall beside...

I think it was a mini you cha kueh or something which dip with the kaya...
Everyone say the kaya is very nice indeed...
Very fragrance...
I don't know how much does each plate cost...
It's either RM5 or RM10 can't remember how many plate we ordered...

Then we here come our main dishes...

Quite nice also...
RM10 per plate...

This is one of their signature dish...

RM25 for 5 persons portion...
We had 3 plates...

Very spicy but the fish is very juicy...

It was grilled... Not that nice...
I wanna try their black pepper crab...
Pretty much people ordered that...

Total meal cost us RM355
Every dish almost come in 2 serving...
Cause we having long table dining for 16 people...
So, I think the price is reasonable...

Jiawen's birthday celebration

So she's the first one who have to finish a big whole glass...

Sunway Pyramid

Last Friday, I went to Pyramid to meet bei...
This is the first time I took public transport alone to Sunway...
Despite the waiting time, everything was fine...
He got his offer letter from the company for his industrial training...
And got a pretty good salary...
Bei~ Working must jia you oh...
And must hardworking oh...
Now have to see boss face not lecturer see your face neh... XD

Pyramid now is decorated with Hari Raya theme d...
It's kinda special this year...
So I took some photos of it...

We went to Carls' Junior (sorry, no pics) for our lunch...
Initially, we ordered 1 regular set and upgraded the fries to fry chili cheese beef fries...
But the portion came we were 2 doubting can this set satisfy our tummy?
Then he asked me to order another burger...
Ended up it's too much for both of us...
RM40 for fast food for 2 person...
We even skipped our dinner that night... LOL

I shall update again tomorrow...
Going off to help my mum do part-time job d...

Kimchi Haru at Jaya One, PJ

Last Friday we actually planned to go Simply Fusion for lunch...
But very sadly, we found out that it has already wind up business and became another ramen house...
So anyone, if you know any Simply Fusion in KL/Selangor area please let me know...
Miss the food there...

So, we headed to this restaurant, Kimchi Haru...

They offer set lunch from don't know what time to 2.30pm...
So we ordered their set lunch...
Set lunch come with soup, side dish and a cup of iced peach tea...
Price varies for set depends on your order...

Inside with sausage...But I think it's a but pricey for the portion given...

This meal cost us RM53.70 for 2 person...
Basically it's because we're such a great eater... =D

I know it had been sometime that I hadn't update anything about my life...
I know lots of my beloved friend also might get bored about my blog because it's not about my life anymore...
My house still can't get to online...
TMnet is real damn EFFICIENT...
Anyway, we don't care about it anymore...
Because we'll focus more on our studies too...
If I need to online I just have to stay in uni...
So, now I'll have a random update about my life...

Recently I had done all my assignment and mid-term test...
In my hand, it's just left with a mid-term and an assignment to hand in...
But compared previously, I can shake my legs d... XD
This semester is going to end...
I have my study week start from 5th September to 12th September...
My final exam is approaching...
I have my first paper on 13th September then 17th, 18th, 23rd, 25th and last on 27th...
Most probably I'm back in JB on 28th and will be at home for few days...
Then I'm going to Hong Kong and Macau from the 1st October to the 5th...

My bro got me a job in Sunway PJS...
I have to go for an interview during my examination period...
Hope I'll get the job...
And if I really got it, I have no break till the end of December...

Besides, I have my Muet test on mid of October and also a paper on mid November...
So my time is pretty packed also...

Dear clefies, when you girls will have next gathering?

And also to my dear viola and kailyn, when are you coming back?
Can't wait for the next gathering too...

Hokkien Mee near Pudu

Last week my bro was kind enough to bring me for a supper after I helped him to clean his room... >.<
FYI, my bro is now in KL again... =)

This hokkien mee is located near Pudu independent high school or somewhere around Hang Tuah monorail/LRT station...

During that hour it's still quite full in that restaurant...

The chefs also have no time to rest...

It's because it's just 2 of us, so we didn't ordered much food and it's already pretty late d...

SS2 Chee Cheong Fun

Last week actually we wanted to go SS2 eat tong shui for supper...
But the tong shui is so crowded and a lot of people still waiting for seats...
And we couldn't find any parking...
Then we planned to go to Murni...
But then again it will never be empty...
Then we saw this stall by road side and pretty much people also...
So we decided to go for a try...

Stall right in front of Kim Marie hair studio SS2...

I never tried any road side stall selling chee cheong fun like this before...
It has a big steaming pot with varieties of ingredient for you to choose for...
Including pork belly, fish ball, tao pok and etc...
Every piece at just 70cents...Including the 'fun' 粉...

This big plate of chee cheong fun cost us RM6.30
Which meant that we had 7 ingredients and 2 piece of 粉
The sauce is incredible too...
At last we found out they sell red bean soup too...
And we also give it a try...
Both thumbs up!!
So, if you pass by SS2 why not drop by and have a try? =)

Blueberry Cheesecake Baking

Last 2 weeks, ChiaNing wanted to bake a cake for her parents' birthday...
So she decided to come my place to bake together...

We went to Yumi Bakery Supply, located in Danau Kota, to buy ingredient...
It was a premix powder...
Simplest method to bake...

First of all,we crushed the digestive biscuit into small pieces...

Then add in the butter...

After that, put it on the mold and stressed/compact it.
Make sure it won't loose so that when you cut the cake it won't came off from the cake layer...

Then put in the freezer for at least 5mins...
In the mean time start mixing the batter...

For the batter portion, just add in the 500g premix flour, 300g cold water(from freeze) and 200ml whipping cream.
Beat it all together...

Beat until evenly and turns white...

Then it is poured into the mold with the hardened crushed crackers...

Next add the blueberry topping and decorate nicely on it...

See ChiaNing is so concentrate on decorating the cake...

This is the one I made for my roomate...

And this is the one ChiaNing made...With her initial,N...

Freeze it for at least 3 hours...
Serve it cool...
The next morning we tried the cake and also gave some of our friends for trying...
Everyone praised...
It's really really delicious...
It's not too sweet and not too sour...
I'll give another try next time...
Cost:RM35+-
Time:Within 1.5hours
Can be served after 3-4hours...
Great deal... =)

Changi Beach Club

Last week went to Singapore with my sis to attend her colleague 21st birthday party...
Venue was at Changi Beach Club...
Theme of the day was beach but I didn't wear anything suit the theme because can't find any from my home wardrobe...
I have no alert for this event also...

We reached there around 6.30pm...

It was located at Changi Beach of course...
The view of the club is beautiful...

There's even new couple who took marriage photo album...

And it was also the time where the sun was going to set...

Mine wasn't there because I'm not invited by the host...

Had a stroll but don't know where is our destination...
We spent quite a lot of time in MPH...

Snow Blitz in Desa Setapak

One fine evening, me followed syuan and waihong to have 'hi tea' in desa setapak...
We decided to go Snow Blitz for a try...
The decoration inside is not bad...
I like upstairs...

That day after Saturday class, me and mr boyfriend dated to watch Predators...
Actually our plan was I'm going to 1 U to collect my order from a junior but lastly she couldn't make it... And actually we planned to go I-city during the night...
But we didn't go as well...
But then, before we had our movie session we went to lunch in New York New York Deli...
I knew this restaurant where I saw pictures from Harry's FB profile...
Then I googled it and a lot of good reviews too...
Thus I decided to give it a try...

This is the best of the best pasta I ever had...
Love it very much...
Some might not like the creamy taste...
But I truly love it... RM19.90 if not mistaken
Very HUGE portion...
Guaranteed cannot finish if eating it alone by myself...

Overall the restaurant is really worth for a try...
The price is reasonable for the taste and portion...

Sunrise Duck Rice in Seapark

Last Friday mr boyfriend was back in KL...
So we made a date to have lunch in PJ...
Actually we wanted to try another restaurant near MBPJ but we don't know the way so we dropped the thought...
Then decided to go back the one that I always go...

When we reached there it's around 12.30pm
It's definitely lunch hour...
You can see the crowd obviously...
All were waiting for available seats...

We were lucky cause we only 2 person thus we dap toi la...
No need to wait so long...

Roasted duck hanging there...
Here's just part of it...
They'll bring in the freshly roasted duck when it finished...

Both of us only eat a quarter of duck cause if half scared couldn't finish it...
But seriously we didn't have enough la... >.<
Last time my bro,sis-in-law and me 3 person ate whole duck er...

Overall cost us RM17.50 included 2 cup of iced herbal tea...
Will try another shop next time... =)
